FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
The training method is based on working the entire body using both equipment and one's own body weight! This type of training is practically independent of the gym's equipment. It allows for a wide range of tasks in personal training. It is possible to implement complex coordination exercises to expand the trainee's motor skills.

STRETCHING
This type of training is primarily aimed at developing muscle flexibility and elasticity! It also helps improve joint mobility and mobility in separate body parts.

CHILDREN'S TRAINING
Children's training is based on a playful method of developing physical qualities. This approach allows making the training process exciting and diverse. It contributes to the development of a child's agility, coordination, and speed of movements.

FITNESS TESTING
Functional testing on a gas analyzer is designed to measure the aerobic capabilities of the body, which helps predict sports performance with a high degree of accuracy and develop a well-designed training program. The client receives a test deciphering with indicators of pulse zones of oxygen consumption (VO2 max), fat metabolism, and training recommendations.

Hiking
A long hike (3-4 hours) through rough or mountainous terrain with different difficulty levels. It has a positive impact on metabolism and the nervous system. It has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system.

Fitness tours. One of our favourite direction for every rain club client! Fitness trips are an essential part of our philosophy. Participation in this kind of events will allow you to get unforgettable sports experience and emotions in the most beautiful places of the planet. Sports camps are great for getting energy, instilling discipline and healthy habits while being constantly active.

Nutrition
Each rain club trainer has knowledge of nutritionology, which will help you to improve the quality of life, to solve the problem of both weight loss and weight gain by correcting your diet. Our Nutriciologists specialise in preparing individual nutrition schemes based on the state of health and lifestyle.
